Construction management

When required, we provide technical advice and support during the construction phase. We collaborate with the site management team and the various stakeholders involved to resolve issues and ensure that the execution aligns with the project’s specifications.

Rehabilitation and reinforcement

We develop structural rehabilitation and reinforcement projects, both in existing, protected or heritage-value buildings and in specific elements requiring improvement or consolidation. We work on targeted interventions or comprehensive works, adapting technical solutions to the needs and characteristics of each building.

Structural consultants

The core of our activity focuses on consultancy and the development of structural projects in architecture and rehabilitation. We provide technical and strategic advice at all stages of the project, from the initial preliminary studies through to the definition and execution of works.

We carry out feasibility studies, site analysis, development of architectural projects, site management and coordination with the various parties involved in the construction process, with special attention to architectural quality, integration with the surroundings and sustainability.

Our services are primarily aimed at public administrations, developers, construction companies and technical teams, although we also work with private clients, homeowners' communities and other entities requiring professional support in architecture projects.

Structural assessments

We produce technical reports that assess the state of conservation of load-bearing elements, analyse their structural capacity and propose, where appropriate, the most suitable corrective measures.
